Whilst the research for the World War One Roll of Honour has been ongoing for many years, it is only in recent years that work has been extended to the World War Two Roll of Honour.

Please use the menu on the right to find details and pictures of Loughborough's World War Two fallen.

Can you help?

The following items and information that relate to Loughborough service personnel who died during World War Two, or as a consequence of the war, would be most helpful.
  • Photographs.
  • Details of casualties.
  • Copies of letters received.
  • Photographs of medals and bravery awards.
  • Photographs of final resting places and memorials.
  • Anything else you feel would be relevant to this site.
Please get in touch using the email address: carillonmuseum@gmail.com

Items can also be taken to Carillon Museum in Queen's Park, and left for the attention of the Roll of Honour project.

Items will be copied and returned as soon as possible.
